Deputy Governor Francisco G. Dakila, Jr., Ph.D., oversees BSP's Monetary and Economics Sector, ensuring monetary stability and global cooperation. His credentials include a Ph.D. and MA in Econimcis and served as Secretary anad Board Member of the Philippines Economics Society. He is also a lifetime member of the Philippine Statsitical Association. Mr. Dakila's role covers effective monetary policy, external debt management, and credit initaitives thus showcasing his expertise and contribution to BSP's financial stability and global economic strength.

Dr. Bernardo M. Villegas is a known Philippine economist. He authored economics textbooks that universities widely use. He currently teaches at the University of Asia and the Pacific and the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra. Dr. Villegas was a member of the Constitutional Commission that drafted the 1987 Philippine constitution.

Linus Lai is the co-author of IDC’s new report, IDC Futurescape: Worldwide Digital Business Strategies 2024 Predictions. He is a member of the Asia/Pacific Software and Services Research Group with over 20 years of IT experience in the region. Based in Sydney, Australia, he has experience in a wide range of technology and services markets across 13 countries.
